  • How do I verify my account?

    You can verify your account by submitting the following documents :

    1. A valid passport, identity card or driving licence (both sides)
    2. A proof of address, not older than 3 months, which includes your name, current address and date of issue
    3. Proof of the payment methods you wish to use with us.

    Please note that we can only accept files in the following formats: JPEG, BMP, PNG and PDF (for online documents please use the original download document). We do not accept photocopies or scans and the documents must be complete with all 4 corners.

  • How long does it take to complete verification?

    We try to complete the verification process as easily and quickly as possible. Incoming documents will be processed by the relevant department as soon as possible in sequence. Unfortunately, we cannot give you an exact time because of this.

    If the documents you upload are complete and in the required format, the process should proceed quite quickly. We will contact you by e-mail as soon as the documents have been processed.

    The following documents are accepted in order to verify your account:

    A photo of your passport, identity card or driving licence (front and back)

    A proof of address (gas, water, electricity bill or other official letter), not older than 3 months, on which your name, address and date are clearly visible.

    Proof of your own payment method that you wish to use in the future.
    • If you have a paper account statement, please send us a photo of the printout or the original pdf file with your name, account number and all 4 corners clearly visible.
    • Photos of both sides of your bank card will also be accepted as long as all information is clearly visible.
    • For proof of eWallets or online accounts we need a screenshot on which the internet address/URL, the name of the account holder and the account number are visible.
